We only accept orders online. Please note our current time frame is 7 business days for decorated sugar cookies. Chunky cookies are posted the next day after your order is placed, we however only ship Monday-Thursday to ensure they arrive to you as quickly as possible.

Sorry, this date is now closed for orders. If your desired date is not showing, this date is already fully booked or is no longer available as it falls within our current time frames.

We understand life can throw us curve balls and plans change. If you need to change the date or details of your order, just send us an email with your Order Number in the subject heading to hello@littlebunneysthree.com.au with your amendments, noting we cannot make changes to your order within 72 hours. We do not accept cancellations within 5 days. Please wait to hear from us with a confirmation of your changes, the only place we accept order amendments is via email.

We sure do! If you require baked goodies for a major event or celebration, we’d love to be involved. Please email hello@littlebunneysthree.com.au at least 3 weeks prior to your desired date. Include the date you’d like the order for, quantities required and any further information/photos so we can promptly respond with an accurate quote for you

Absolutely! Our decorated sugar cookies are constantly being created for custom events. Decorated sugar cookies are individually heat sealed to maintain ultimate freshness for up to 5 weeks when stored correctly.

To maintain quality of your decorated sugar cookies it's recommended to keep them in a cool, dry place. Out of direct sunlight. The pantry is one of the best places. They don't need refrigeration.

Chunky cookies will last sealed, in an airtight container for 7 days or frozen for up to one month.

For your chunky cookies, cookies may be stored in an airtight container for 7 days. But we know they won’t last that long!

If you don’t plan on eating all of your cookies at once, freeze them on the day you receive them. When you are ready to eat them, simply heat your cookies on a lined baking tray in a 160C oven for 5-10 minutes until warmed through

Cupcakes are best enjoyed the day they are received. Otherwise you can refigerate them for up to 3 days and just bring to room temp before eating.

Our products contain GLUTEN, DAIRY & EGGS. May contain traces of SOY & NUTS.

Ingredients list for Edible Images are: Tapioca Starch, Corn Syrup, Corn Syrup Solids, Cellulose, Water, Sugar, Canola Oil, Polysorbate 80, Arabic Gum, Citric Acid, Sorbitol, Glycerine, Titanium Dioxide and Vanilla. (Edible images are Gluten, Dairy and GMO free. Also suitable for Vegans)

Ingredients for Edible Paint are: Propylene Glycol, Glycerine, Alcohol (14%), Glaze (Shellac and Ethanol 14%), Colouring: E171 (Titanium Dioxide)

Ingredients for Fondant colours are: Glycerol, Colours and Lecithin. (No known allergens are present) Also Vegan, Halal and Kosher suitable.

We ship postal orders via Express Post Australia Wide with Australia Post.

Unfortunately we are unable to post to PO Boxes at this time.

We ship postal orders via Express Post on Mondays-Wednesdays. We do not ship on Thursdays or Fridays as your package may not reach you in time before the weekend and we don't your orders sitting in a warehouse or somewhere hot over the weekend. We prefer to have your orders delivered to you as quickly as possible.

We ship via Australia Post Express Shipping.

We bake our treats on the Gold Coast (a major city), if you are based in any other major cities, shipping typically takes 1-2 business days to reach you from the day it is posted.

It may take an extra day outside of major cities.

For regional/rural orders, delivery time can be longer - please consult Australia Post Express for current delivery times.

Once your order is shipped, we will notify you with a tracking code to track your delivery. During holidays, you can expect there may be delays in express postage. If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days from the date it was shipped, please contact us at hello@littlebunneysthree.com.au

Please note that we offer two shipping options: Express Post (no signature) and Express Post (signature on delivery). If the signature on delivery is waived, Little Bunneys Three cannot be held responsible if the package is lost or damaged (or even worse - raided by armies of ants!).

Our Express Post across Australia is a flat rate of $15 without signature and $18 with signature required on delivery.

All of our goodies are made in house, by hand. Due to the customisable & perishable nature of our products, we cannot be responsible for how they are transported and stored once they leave our hands. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

We understand plans change and are willing to accommodate changes to your order. However please note as changes require administration, there is a $10 admin fee for changes and/or cancellations. Please note cancellations must be made 7 days prior. Within 3 days of collection/shipping date, we are not able to accommodate modifications to your order. Outside of those time frames, we cannot cancel or modify your order. If your order has already began the production process you will be unable to cancel it.
